What counts as an "alert"?
Each Make.com error email processed by Cronocle counts as one alert.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your billing accordingly.
Is there a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees or hidden costs. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for the plan you choose.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limit?
We'll send you a notification when you approach your weekly limit. Additional alerts will be queued until your limit resets or you upgrade to Pro.
Do you offer yearly pricing?
Currently, we only offer monthly billing. This gives you maximum flexibility to adjust your plan based on your automation needs.
How do you handle billing?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. You'll be billed monthly on the same date you started your subscription. All major credit cards are accepted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
